Biking - Spanish Fork Trail 8/25/22

Easy, out n' back flat paved biking trail that follows the Spanish Fork river. Largely shaded. We will be riding a beautiful portion through open farmland and along water. Trail surface is asphalt, cememt or wooden bridge and typically at lead 6 ft wide. Pleasure ride with friends with any type of bike. Come enjoy!

Itinerary:

Meet Lehi - 7: 30 am (Emily's 1482 W 300 S)

Springville - 8:00 am (Marilyn's 433 N 700 W)

Trailhead - 8:30am Bike - 830-11am

Directions: Trailhead is at Spanish Oaks Golf Course in Spanish Fork. Southwest corner of lower parking lot.

Activity: Bike - Spanish Fork River Trail, follows the river from Golf Course to Sports Complex park. - 12.1 mi out n back.

Gear: Bike, helmet, biking pants/shorts/yoga pants, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, light waterproof jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack with waist belt, 1-2 Liters water bottles or in a bladder in a small backpack, 3-4 snacks, first aid kit, running shoes/biking shoes Rentals: Road Bike - $30/day (UVU Outdoor Adventure Center), $35/day (BYU Outdoors Unlmtd) Helmet - $4/day (BYU Outdoors Ulmtd); $3/day (UVU Outdoor Adventure Center)
