Activity:
Self Defense skills (taught by Candace Wilson and assisted by Marilyn and Kurtt Boucher). Learn simple but effective physical moves that could save your life and keep you safe. Highly applicable easy to learn techniques - we encourage you after the class to go home and teach your loved ones. We have taught this course several times and are open to catering the course to the needs/skill level of participants. If you have taken this course from us before, we will be reviewing physical moves, but also building on them.

RAD Clinics in Utah County (RAD Women's Basic Physical Defense Program - You don’t have to live in Provo to take this course. It does fill up super fast though, ages 12+ yrs. They have a registration link that notes all classes offered for free. If the class is full, you are placed on a waiting list and will be contacted if someone cancels their registration. Classes for 2025 should be posted at the end of December/beginning of January.
